Okta Verify is a lightweight app that allows you to securely access your apps via 2-step verification, ensuring that you, and only you, can access your app accounts.While you access your apps, you’ll choose a 2-step verification method provided by Okta Verify to finish signing in.
You can verify your identity using a push notification sent to your device (if enabled by your organization), a temporary 6-digit code, or biometrics (if enabled by your organization).
We do request permission to use your device camera so that you can scan a QR code when you enroll your device with Okta.App FeaturesRegister your device with one or more Okta accounts that require Okta Verify for verification.
Enroll your device in Okta to enable 2-factor verification using 6-digit one-time passcode.Enroll your device in Okta for 2-factor verification using push notifications (if enabled by your organization).Enroll on-device biometrics to use to sign in to an app (if enabled by or organization).Add 2-factor verification for non-Okta apps that support or require the use of one-time passcodes.Note: Some functionality is available only if enabled by your IT organization.

"2nd time rating this app because they deleted my last review. Okta is a SCAM. It has forgotten my last 2 passwords that I had to spend hours trying to reset. And trying to get a reset password email is almost impossible. Just takes you in circles between verification emails and log in screen, never actually let's you reset your password. If your employer uses Okta, fight them on it, huge waste of your time."

"What a strange app. It doesn't say anywhere that you'd need the code every time you log in from any device. So if you uninstall the app for any reason or log out, there's no way to log back in to the app without the code you get AFTER you're logged in to the app :/ Love it when we're so secure, we can't even log in."

"This app is quite irritating as it has so much obvious issues. One of it is when you acknowledge it is you at the notification alert, it doesn't send the acknowledgement to the server. You have to open the application to acknowledge it. Sometimes up to 3 times."
